Piper Alderman

Lawyers

Piper Alderman, The Huntley Group’s lawyers, are a leading advisor for commercial interests. A national firm, they have offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth.

Alan Jessup, a Sydney-based partner in the corporate and commercial division, deals with most issues for The Huntley Group. Alan has a Master of Law and a Master of Taxation from Sydney University, and is also an accredited mediator.

Alan has significant experience in the establishment of managed investment schemes and products, and in managing the major reconstructions of publicly listed companies.
