Internal complaint resolution

If you would like to make a complaint, please contact the Huntley Management Limited (HML) complaints officer. Complaints can be submitted in writing, by email fax or post; or in person by telephone.

Your complaint will be handled by the complaints officer as per the HML complaint procedures.


External complaint resolution

If a resolution is not reached within the appropriate time limit, the complaints officer will inform you of your right to raise your complaint or dispute with the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).

FOS is an external, independent body set up to assist in resolving certain complaints. HML is a member of FOS.
