Piper Alderman are The Huntley Group’s lawyers, the firm is a leading advisor to commercial interests across Australia with offices in Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney.

Alan Jessup is a Sydney based Partner in Piper Alderman’s Corporate and Commercial Division and he deals with most issues for The Huntley Group. Alan has a Masters Degree in Law and a Masters in Taxation (both from Sydney University) as well as being an accredited mediator.

He has significant experience in the establishment of managed investment schemes and products and in dealing with major reconstructions of publicly listed companies.
