The Huntley Group holds an Australian Financial Services Licence and acts as responsible entity, custodian, trustee and/or manager for over 40 managed investment projects approved by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and regulated by the Corporations Act. In this capacity, The Huntley Group represents over 20,000 private investors.

These projects include residential property investments, commercial property syndicates and trusts, mortgage investment and debenture programs, property development ventures, resource and agricultural investment projects.

Staffed by lawyers, accountants, property professionals and specialist consultants, The Huntley Group seeks to protect the interest of investors in these projects and provide developers and promoters with assistance on regulatory issues relating to the raising and management of capital from private investors.

Recipients of cold calls and misrepresentation of The Huntley Group

In the past few weeks, The Huntley Group (Huntley Management Limited and Huntley Custodians Limited) has been alerted to a number of incidences of individuals and businesses being contacted by a call centre claiming to represent the Huntley Group.  The calls are usually made by a female caller, asking to speak to the owner of the business and seeking information from the owner/manager regarding some unspecified investment.  When questioned further, the caller usually hangs up.

These calls are NOT from The Huntley Group.  These are hoax calls and should be disregarded.  The Huntley Group (Huntley Management Limited and Huntley Custodians Limited) does not use the services of any call centre and have not contracted or authorised any call centre to represent us in any capacity.
